Please read these Terms carefully before downloading or using Big Picture Thinking Audition ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app is provided by Big Picture Thinking Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

1. Copyright and trademarks

The app, its design, its content and the "Big Picture Thinking" and "Audition" names, logos and marks are owned by Big Picture Thinking Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify or distribute the app or any part of it, attempt to extract or reverse-engineer its source code, or create derivative or translated versions, except where the law expressly permits.

2. Age and supervision

The app is suitable for users aged 4 and over. If you are under 18, please use the app with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and any purchase must be made by, or with the consent of, a parent or guardian.

3. Your recordings and your work

Everything you record, edit, create or import with the app, your audition tapes, photos and videos, belongs to you. You are responsible for the content you create and for how you use and share it. We do not review your content and are not responsible for it.

The app is a tool to help you make self-tapes and photos. We do not promise, and are not responsible for, any audition, casting or other outcome.

4. Your content is stored on your device, back it up

The app does not provide a cloud backup, sync or recycle bin. Your recordings, edits and photos are stored only on your device (and any you save to the iOS Photos app). Recording and editing happen on your device.

You are responsible for backing up your own content, for example by saving finished tapes and photos to the iOS Photos app. If you delete content in the app, or delete or reinstall the app, that content may be lost permanently and we cannot recover it. We are not liable for any such loss.

5. Using the app

We work to keep the app accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss you suffer as a result of relying solely on the app or its features.

6. Updates and availability

The app runs on iOS, and the system requirements may change over time. We may release updates, and you may need to install them to keep using the app; we do not guarantee that the app will always be updated or compatible with your version of iOS. We may change, suspend or stop providing the app at any time. If your right to use the app ends, you must stop using it and, where appropriate, remove it from your device.

7. Audition Pro, payments and subscriptions

Some features, including removing the Big Picture Thinking watermark and unlocking the full set of vintage cameras, are part of Audition Pro, available as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). Audition Pro supports Family Sharing, so one subscription can be shared with the members of your Apple Family group in line with Apple's Family Sharing terms.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription, and request a refund where Apple's policy allows, in your Apple Account settings. For purchase or billing issues, please use Apple's App Store support.

8. Privacy

The app uses your camera and microphone to record, and your Photos library to save and import content, only to provide these features. See our Privacy Policy for details of how your information is handled.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and they take effect once posted, so please review this page from time to time.
